Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). As soon as your package leaves the nest, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number.

  • Europe: €5.95 (3 to 5 business days).
  • International: €11.95 (5 to 7 business days).

We offer two main options:

  • At home: Receive your artwork directly in your mailbox or in person.
  • At a collection point: For more flexibility, have your parcel delivered to the local shop of your choice.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, our shipping process begins quickly. Contact us at owlgllry@gmail.com within one hour of your purchase if you made a mistake; we will do our best to intercept the package before it leaves the country.
What is the quality of the paper used?

We make no compromises. Our posters are printed on premium 300gsm art paper . This exceptional, very thick and glossy material guarantees deep contrasts and perfect durability.
Are the frames included?

We offer our artworks either on their own or with a sturdy frame made of FSC-certified real wood . If you choose the framed option, your poster arrives already mounted and ready to display. Our standard sizes (21x30, 30x40, 50x70 cm) are designed to suit any décor.
What payment methods are accepted?

The gallery accepts all secure payment methods: Bank Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and installment payment solutions.
Are my payment details secure?

Can I return my product if I change my mind?

Yes, you have an extended 30-day return period after receipt if you are not satisfied with your order. The product must be in its original condition and secure packaging. Contact us at owlgllry@gmail.com to begin the return process.
What happens if my poster arrives damaged?

The owl protects its creations, but no one is immune to rough handling during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage immediately to our email address. We will send you a replacement artwork at no extra cost.
